Pricing
Published, capped, and no surprise invoices.
A build cost and a monthly. Every recurring plan includes a usage allowance, so a busy month costs what it should and a quiet one isn't subsidising somebody else's.

Not sure which one? Run your numbers first — if the math doesn't clear the cost, I'll say so.
The questions I actually get
Why a setup fee at all?
Because it's built for you, not configured from a template. Your pricing, your services, your calendar, your voice. The build is real work and it's where the quality comes from.
What happens if I go over the allowance?
It bills automatically at the overage rate and I tell you. If you're consistently over, we move you to a bigger tier — that's cheaper for you than overage. Going over is a good sign; it means it's working.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The retainer is month to month. The build is yours either way — if you leave, you keep the site and the CRM.
How long until it's live?
Two to three weeks for an AI employee. Longer for a full CRM, depending on how much of your workflow it has to cover. You see it working on your own phone before you pay the balance.
What if it doesn't pay for itself?
Run the calculator first. If the math doesn't clear the cost with room to spare, I'll tell you on the audit call not to buy it — I'd rather have the referral than the sale.
